Vice President of Operations

Qualifications:
A Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering is required.  Over ten (10+) years of professional experience in NERC Compliance on the Bulk Electric System.  Must know how to develop and improve processes for electric utilities. Have the means to review and interpret contracts, diagrams, and NERC and FERC regulatory standards.

Location(s):  El Dorado Hills, California

Compliance Program Manager

Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Business, or related fields from an accredited college.  Four (4) years of experience in Project Management.  Experience in risk management, reporting and documentation, and bulk electric systems will be required.
